8 foot tomato plants---anyone seen the commercial?

I saw an impressive commercial about 3 tomato plants for $10 that grow to 8 feet tall, wonder if anyone saw it, knows about it---any info is appreciated. Thank-you

I think I saw that commercial. From what I can recollect, these tomato plants harvest and enormous amount of fruit. Copious amounts, like 20lbs a week or something ridiculous like that. If its the same thing, I really dont know much about it except it struck a funny cord. Is it me or is it not natural for a plant to harvest that much fruit? Can we say genetic engineering? I'd be a bit concerned considering Monsanto governs most seed generation in this country.
Reply:In the midwest, we grow plants that high every year. Lots of varieties grow that high with a nitrogen fertilizer like 20-20-20. And a pole or ladder to climb on.





Those are ads to get your money from you. And the guarantee? Who ever tries to claim that? And if you did you would get Zero.
Reply:I live in Michigan and grow 2 early girl plants every year that almost always get that high. It's all in how you prep the soil and nurse them along as they grow.
