tons of insects are eating the tomato from the plant. I'm only able to pick about 30% of the ripe ones.
Are there any home remedies to get rid of the insects that is eating away the tomato from the plants?
It's probably slugs eating just parts of a lot of them. Keep your tomatoes staked or in cages, and place small containers with straight sides (tuna cans) with about a half an inch of beer in the bottom to attract them to fall in and drown.
Reply:Try spraying with soapy water. After the sun is off of them.
