make some tomato sauce and freeze. they can be used with almost everything, meat, or vegetarian. also i would make some tomato chuteny.
Reply:Your very lucky!! I would dig a dozen up and give 'em to friends as presents or you could even sell a dozen at a yard sale! You can even keep small bushles to work with you and sell 'em to your co-workers. I LOVE fresh homegrown fruits and veges. To me there's no nicer gift. The rest will give you more than you can handle. I'd start making some serious jarred foods. My sister always makes homemade salsa and spagetti suace, marinara sauce and some just stewed tomatoes to use for simmering meat with.

The link below is geared toward ambitious people like yourself, for homegrowers, recipes too! Have fun! ;-)
Reply:What about making tomato juice or ketchup?
Reply:you could donate some to a food kitchen. give them to friends. heck i want some. i usually eat them like apples lol
Reply:Be a Johnny Tomatoseed. Drive around and find spots where you can toss a few tomatoes where they can grow without being bothered.

Come back next year and see how well your wild tomatoes are doing.

The wildlife will appreciate the new source of food.
Reply:You could make some tomato catsup or juices and then sell it to neighbors and friends or you could give or sell the tomatoes itself. Good luck and think of it as a fortune.
Reply:well first thin them out because if they are to close together they are not going to grow. don't count you tomatoes till they are ripe cause you don't know how many will actually survive.

make homemade tomato sauces, catchup, salsa, canned tomato etc.. and give some away or keep them for Christmas presents. a couple cans of home made pasta sauce and a few boxes of pasta and a few other things thrown into a basket would make nice Christmas presents.
Reply:First you have to seperate them to give them room to grow if you haven't already .Isuggest stawing them to hold moistore and to keep the lower branches of tomatoes from touching bare soil. Tomatoes like lots and lots of water. FERTILIZE WHEN POSSIBLE. tO GET RID OF THE TOMATOES YOU DON'T NEED TRY SETTING UP A ROADSIDE STAND,SELL AT ALOCAL FARMERS MARKET(THE KIND MOST CITIES AND TOWNS HAVE FOR FARMERS AND GARDENERS TO SELL VEGETABLES AND PRODUCE,),OR YOU COULD TRY PEDDLING TO YOUR LOCAL RESTAURANTS . aLOT OF RESTAURANTS AND EVEN FAST FOOD PLACES WILL SOMETIMES BE GLAD TO GET HOME GROWN TOMATOES ALSO GROCERY STORES
Reply:they're great for removing burnt on food in sauce pans.
