I have a tomato plant with weird tiny black holes. It looks like a bug is eating it! What do I do?

The tomato plant is in my garden and it does not look like the other tomato plants are affected, or any other plant in my garden. What is it and what do I do about it?

Dust it with 7 Dust if that doesn't stop the black then pull that one up as it may be diseased and will spread to the others.
Reply:first u should find out if it really is bugs if it is then get a special spray for killing bugs like that { there r special sprays } if it didn't work get away anything that bugs like or leave some food for them outside ur lawn
Reply:i had the same thing happen to a couple of my tomatoe plants 7 dust worked great
Reply:Sounds like flea beetles. They are harmless, except for the little black holes. I think the cure would be worse than the dread.
Reply:Spray with lite soapy water or us sevin's dust and if they still are there u may want to remove this plant
Reply:natural pesticides, or get some ladybugs and they'll take care of the problem....
Reply:If the other plants are not showing these signs, they will. I would suggest removing this plant. Spray the other plants with Bayer Multi-insect-spray. If the black spots form on the blossom end of the tomatoes, they need to be sprayed with a bloom rot product. Your soil needs calcium.
