sounds like you have aphids, you can buy many over the counter inseticdes to kill these little bugs
Reply:rule of tumb is to plan some tobacco plants in your garden.

If you live somewhere and cannot grow them spray some nicotine tea around your plants.

It will keep the bugs away and your tomatoes will be as you wish

nicotine tea is make by marinating some pipe or chewing tobacco in a bucket of water for 48 hours.

Strain the tea, put it in a hand sprayer bottle and take care of the bugs the "natural" way
